Mandy Leacock is accused of aiding her brother and beating the woman
A woman was raped and 'forced to become a slave' by a man she met on Match.com , a court heard.
It was gathered that a man identified as Colin Leacock, 33, raped the woman twice at his home in Bayswater, west London. He has been charged to court.
The man's sister Mandy Leacock, 35, is also accused of wounding the victim at the defendant's home in St John's Wood.
They were both arrested at their homes on May 3.
Prosecutor Edward Aydin said: "The complainant was degraded. This went on for 12 months, she was told that the police would never believe her and the abuse went on."
The victim's sister, Mandy Leacock appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and assault causing actual bodily harm.
However, the main culprit, Colin Leacock faces two charges of rape and one of assault causing actual bodily harm.
Mandy Leacock, of Goldney Road, Westminster, was remanded in custody until a preliminary hearing at Southwark Crown Court on June 1.
Colin Leacock, of Gaydon House, Bourne Terrace, will appear before magistrates later today to face charges.
He is expected to be remanded to appear at Southwark Crown Court with his sister on June 1.
