Dennis Villalta was brutally raped by the lawyer
A heartless lawyer has forced a girl to strip and dance n*ked before brutally r*ping her during a job interview. The woman identified as Denisse Villalta, now 21, says lawyer Sunny Barkats told her: "You belong to me now" and said she would have to have a threesome with him and his wife.
Villalta filed a law suit on Wednesday against the Manhattan legal firm for the alleged incident in October 2014.
She said: “I was very confused as to why the interview was going in the direction it was going.”
Villalta took the job but said she only did so because she was broke.
She added: “I was really young.
“I didn’t really understand much.”
According to Dailystar, Barkats allegedly forced her to again have s*x with him at the posh offices of JS Barkats PLLC in New York the next day.
She says he choked and threatened her saying: “If I catch you with someone else, I will kill you."
Barkats allegedly promised Villalta promotions, gifts and a Manhattan apartment if she continued to be “obedient”.
Barkats accused of raping the job seeker
On her second day at the job, Barkats, 42, told her she needed to get tested for sexually transmitted diseases to keep the position, the lawsuit claims.
Villalta left the office and never returned again, claiming she was en route to the STD test.
She says her former boss then started sending threatening texts including one in which he held up a steak knife.
Barkats told the Daily News: “It’s completely ridiculous, but you know, justice will be served and we’ll go all the way with that.”
He also claimed Villalta is the ex-girlfriend of his brother in law and looking to settle a score.
Villalta’s lawyers, Alexander Coleman and Pooja Bhutani of Borrelli & Associates, PLLC, said she had never heard of Barkats prior to the interview.
She is seeking unspecified damages.
